CRM Project Manager required for a Charity in Glasgow, who have a positive impact on thousands of peoples lives. This role is for a 9-month Fixed-Term contract and it is focused on helping to upgrade their CRM system. The role is working within a growing analytics team and you will be Project Managing the implementation of the new CRM.The company:Based out of Glasgow city centre, they are a well-known charity who do some incredible work across the UK. Their CRM system is absolutely pivotal in everything they do and with a current, slightly out-dated one, they need to modernise it. You will need to be a Project Manager with a strong background in CRM upgrades or implementations and you will need to work with stakeholders across the business in order to make this work. This specific project is to make sure the migration is mapped-out properly before it is undertaken. The upgrade is due to start in August 2021, so they would like someone in place by mid-January to get the process started. You will need to have full-project implementation lifecycle experience and will also need to have strong stakeholder management skills, working alongside multiple different teams.Key Skills and Experience required:** A background in Project Managing a CRM implementation, migration or upgrade (full end-to-end project lifecycle)** Strong documentation creation and process mapping** The ability to understand processes and document them** Strong stakeholder management skills** Strong Vendor management skills and working within budgets** Third sector experience would be ideal (not required)This is an opportunity to work for an organisation which transforms lives for the better and you will play a big part in this.If you are interested, then please apply or call Hamish at Cathcart Associates.
