Job Description

CRM Business Lead, GlasgowA principal figure in Scottish tourism and transport is looking for a CRM Business Lead to support and lead the integration of Microsoft Dynamics Suite to the organisation. With a salary of £33K- £38K and the benefit of free Scotland wide rail travel, this would be the perfect development opportunity for a passionate CRM expert looking for a more collaborative role with the other creative teams.As a CRM Business Lead, you would be:

  • Embedding the new CRM software into the business and keeping it up to date.
  • Creating, implementing, and reviewing a clear CRM strategy to improve loyalty and revenue.
  • Utilizing key moments/events that can trigger revenue opportunities and increase engagement
  • Maximising delivery of campaign activity against KPIs
  • Developing and leading a cross channel automation plan, including email, SMS & social from onset to conclusion.
  • Ensuring key data is collected to support the overall CRM system
  • Relaying guest survey feedback into CRM communications and processes to drive campaign success.
  • Leading content essentials in collaboration with the Digital Team and Graphic Designer for CRM campaigns
  • Supporting with developing a loyalty/recognition programme for guests
Your essential criteria would be:
  • A strong background in CRM system Microsoft Dynamics Suite.
  • Experience developing customer journeys and producing content to support.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation, targeting, marketing campaigns, retention, and acquisition
  • B2C customer management experience in terms of onboarding, growth, loyalty, and retention
  • The ability to interpret and analyse data.
  • A collaborative nature to work with small multi skilled Sales & Marketing Team.
