Role:
  • The team deals with claims from Simple Procedure to Ordinary Cause including fraudulent claims. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of credit hire files, demonstrating a robust understanding of the legal process from inception to conclusion.The role entails providing expert legal advice, negotiating settlements, and representing clients with the utmost professionalism. The firm prides itself on its client-focused approach, ensuring that each case is handled with diligence and tailored strategy.
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience handling litigated motor claims
  • Analytical skills – The ability to critically look at factual evidence, identify key legal arguments and apply the same.
  • Commercial awareness – The ability to run a case within given fee structures.
  • Aptitude to learn – The ability to learn new skills and retain knowledge
  • Credit hire experience
