Lusona is working with our client based in Govan to find suitable applicants for the post of Credit Controller.Duties will mainly involve Contacting customers to chase outstanding payments, arranging payments and direct debits with customers, and assisting with Sales ledger invoicing when required.Candidates must be able to work in a volume-driven environment as our clients Ledger currently has approx. 3,000 active accounts ranging from £100 - £400k. Geographically spread throughout the UK the controller would be responsible for around 800 accounts.Candidates must have an excellent telephone manner and have experience from a Credit Controller or Collections role.The role will be based at our clients Govan office with social distancing measures in place for training but after training, they can WFH, and have adapted to a hybrid working pattern with a split of both office 2 days and 3 days WFH. Candidates must behighly motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
