Job Description

Jenson Fisher have been engaged by a highly reputable organisation based in Glasgow City Centre who are looking to recruit a Credit Controller on a full-time permanent basis. This role will suit a candidate who has previous experience working in a creditcontrol environmentThe main duties:

  • Collecting debts from customers, evaluating new credit requests
  • Ensuring timely payments of invoices
  • Setting up the terms of credit for new customers
  • Release sales orders for accounts on hold/over credit limit
  • Create sales invoices after costs/margins have been reviewed
  • Daily posting of cash received from customers
  • Maintaining the sales ledger and providing administrative support
The main requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a credit control environment is essential
  • Sage experience would be preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • High levels of attention to detail
