Job Description

This role is within the credit control admin team in Glasgow. The main tasks are to process refund payments to clients for cancelled premiums, also commission payment to brokers and agents for branches across the UK. The Admin team also complete various Administration tasks. *Maintaining a good working relationship between other teams within the Retail Finance department and branches. *Provide an excellent service to all clients putting them at the forefront of your mind whilst completing various tasks. *Adhering to policies and processs *Excellent MS Office skills required, especially excel. This is vital to be successful in this role.*Have the ability to learn and work on a wide variety of different systems. *Responsible for refund runs for specific branches in which you will own, and process weekly refund payments.*Build up a good relationship with branches and correspond with them in regard to refund payments.*Maintain the teams mailbox with a large amount of incoming queries from branches for refund requests, dealing with queries from key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring this is kept within SLA, with urgent / Complaints prioritised. *Process reports to extract Direct Debits for specific branches, maintain this process and escalate any issues in this process when required.*Process and work weekly and bi-weekly cheques runs in the office. Processing Cheque reports and liaising with other relevant departments to complete a large amount of cheques to be posted to clients.*Process all incoming mail for the Retail Credit Control department, ensuring the mail is passed out to the varies different teams within the department, with the correct processs being followed.*Liaising with management to suggest ideas for continuous improvementSpring Technology acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
