We are looking for someone who want to be more thanjust a team member, but who wants to join a family of likeminded individuals.In your role as Corporate FinanceManager, you will operate between the CF Executives and Senior Management, notonly providing advice on complex transactions, but working with your teammembers to provide guidance and support. You will be able to lead meetings anddevelop relationships with your clients, providing high quality advice ,guiding them through the transaction. From a technical perspective, youwill be able to use your CF experience & knowledge, working closely withyour clients to understand their business needs and ensure they are providedwith a high quality & tailored service not only by yourself, but the widerteam. Acting as a lead on assignments, you will be able to pull all aspectstogether through strong leadership and technical ability. You will beencouraged to network with Azets Corporate Finance teams in the UK &overseas to ensure we provide the best client service using the strength of ourNational CF resource. As part of the management team,your journey will continue via mentorship by the senior management team in bothyour local office and in wider Azets network, to provide soft skillsdevelopment such as more effective client and staff management. For this position, we are lookingfor a commercially astute Chartered Accountant (CA/ACA/ACCA) with strongCorporate Finance experience, preferably within Financial Due Diligence. Youwill have the opportunity to work across both Transaction Services/DueDiligence and Lead Advisory, which we provide through a single CF business.This includes disposals, acquisitions, buyouts, fund raising, valuations andstrategic advisory. You will be a strong communicator, have good analyticalskills, produce high quality reports and will be comfortable buildingrelationships both internally and externally.
