As an Executive in the Corporate Finance team, you will be exposed to the full spectrum of corporate finance services (disposals, acquisitions, MBOs, fund raisings & valuations) and will be heavily involved in the entire transaction process on a day-to-day basis, providing both transactional support and advisory services to a wide range of clients across different sectors. Specifically you will be responsible for the completion of financial due diligence reports , company valuations, business plans, information memorandums, financial models and more, to deliver great advice to your clients to aid their business decisions. The deal team all work together to meet tight deadlines and ensure the transaction is delivered efficiently and effectively. In terms of qualifications, you will require ICAS, ICAEW, ACA or ACCA to undertake this position and will build well from a background in audit. The team will nurture and guide you as you navigate a journey in this new area of finance, ensuring your client management skills are effective and your technical accounting is strong. Your journey will continue via mentorship by the management team to provide soft skills development such as more effective client management and steps towards staff management.
