Our client is offering a rare opportunity to achieve a meteoricrise for a driven & ambitious professional.Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Solicitor within our clients Corporate offering, your role will be varied to include (but not limited to) advising clients on corporate and commercial matters, diligence reporting, drafting and directly negotiating commercial contracts, client relationshipmanagement.Person SpecificationIdeally, our client is looking to bring on board a Solicitor from 1-4 years PQE however are open to speaking with NQ professionals whom have completed a Corporate seat.
