Job Description

An established, highly respected firm based in Glasgow is looking for an Experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to assist a fee earner with a full caseload of Conveyancing matters.Your duties will include:

  • Dealing with pre & post completion paperwork
  • Drafting and submitting SDLT forms
  • HM land registry applications/submissions/requisitions & registering new titles
  • Preparing completion statements and paperwork
  • Obtaining local authority searches/Thames water searches
  • Speaking to clients and other solicitors and organisations.
You will need to be able to work under pressure, have good interpersonal skills and a can do attitude.Please submit your CV for immediate consideration.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £26,000 - £31,000 per yearSchedule:

Experience:
  • residential conveyancing: 1 year (required)
