As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of projects and management of various operational functions. Your responsibilities will include:Financial Management:
  • Regularly update and maintain P&L reports.
  • Develop and manage dashboard analytics to monitor project and financial performance.
  • Calculate and interrogate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare interdepartmental charging reports.
Work Package Management:
  • Manage open jobs, including ad hoc, routine PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance), and quotes.
  • Exercise budget control, identifying hazards and opportunities.
  • Conduct subcontract performance review meetings.
CAFM PPM Management:
  • Oversee PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) management and monthly compliance progress.
Contract Management:
  • Prepare monthly reports for clients.
  • Manage and report on KPIs.
  • Take ownership of Total Operations Management (TOM).
  • Coordinate and report on Health and Safety (H&S) and Environmental Management (EM) activities.
Workstream Management:
  • Conduct weekly workstream check-ins to assess progress and resolve issues.
  • Generate weekly performance and service reports.
Health & Safety:
  • Lead monthly Health & Safety meetings and maintain records (LOA - Level of Assurance).
  • Oversee and report on the flushing program.
Sustainability:
  • Develop sustainability strategies and reporting.
  • Report on community benefit initiatives.
Client Engagement:
  • Attend monthly regional FML (Facility Management Liaison) meetings.
  • Conduct monthly contract meetings with clients.
  • Attend ad hoc meetings as required.
Colleague Engagement:
  • Manage the Health and Wellbeing (H&W) program.
  • Oversee vetting processes.
  • Manage the Janitor Toolkit and associated resources.
About You:
  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
  • Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (desired)
  • Proven experience in project management and facilities operations.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practices.
  • Familiarity with sustainability principles and community engagement.
