Job Opportunity: Customer Service Complaint HandlerLocation: Glasgow, G21 1AASalary: £11.77 per hourContract: Temporary - 10-12 weeksStart Date: 20/11/2023Full time: Monday - SaturdayHours: Mon-Fri (08:00-18:30), Sat (08:00-15:00)No holidays during the assignmentWe are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our Customer Service team in Glasgow. If you have experience in handling customer complaints, excellent computer skills, and a compassionate nature, we want to hear from you!The Role:As a Customer Service Complaint Handler, you will play a pivotal role in resolving customer concerns and ensuring that the clients standards are maintained. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Complaint Resolution: Addressing customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, seeking satisfactory outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Data Entry: Proficiently navigating our computer systems to capture essential information during complaint handling.
  • Empathy and Resilience: Displaying emotional intelligence and resilience when dealing with challenging situations, always putting the customer first.

  • Efficient data entry and system navigation.

Requirements:
  • Customer service experience, especially in complaint handling.
