You will support the staff through the induction process and support the ongoing assessment and development of the Band 3 Phlebotomists and will work under the direction and supervision of the Band 6 coordinator and will be expected to ensure that processes are followed and that a high quality service is delivered You will be expected to cover Glasgow City HSCP. You should be a registered Adult Nurse with current NMC registration, experience or specialist knowledge gained through relevant practice that can be demonstrated.
