Job Description

Job Title: Communications administrator Location: GlasgowHybridType of Role: 12 month FTCThe Role:Search Consultancy are working closely with one of our clients in recruiting for a Communications administrator, This is an exciting role for those seeking to progress in their career.Primary Responsibilities:* Assisting with content creation and review, including sending division-wide communications across all channels, including Email, Jive, Open Forums and Goals Cascades* Lead role in supporting Global events, including agenda planning, logistics and follow up actions* Conduct and manage employee outreach surveys and internal stakeholder surveys. Build presentations and draw conclusions from the raw data* Assist the team to manage the Annual and Mid-Year divisional Goals Cascade* Manage incoming requests, keeping track of the teams progress and deadlines* Manage ongoing editorial processes for the weekly newsletter and monthly calendars* Help with the design, creation and ongoing management of shared drives, digital platforms and collaboration/project management tools* Measure success and impact of existing and newly deployed programs and activities* Manage Jive content and strategy extensively including, creation and management of Jive web pages used by teams, departments and organisations within Operations.* You will also support senior leadership during Lets Jive sessions* Report on People and Culture metrics for senior management* Assist in new initiatives and using firm provided resources to effectively plan and execute new projects i.e. Training Review ProjectSkills:* Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex, technical information into easy-to-understand language* Excellent project management, organisational and time management skills* Ability to build global relationships across the division and Firm, with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders* Positive, can-do attitude* Flexible, agile and team-oriented; able to work calmly, quickly and error-free during stressful times* Bachelors degree major in communications, marketing, English or liberal arts a plus* Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects* Self-motivated, strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of deliverable* Prior expertise in website content development and management advantageous* Expert knowledge of Word, Outlook and PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Jive (or other social networking platforms for business), Adobe Acrobat and Share-Point desirable
