This large team is widely respected across the commercial/residential property sectors. Their clients include developers, housebuilders, retailers, and financial institutions. Led by a very experienced, highly regarded, and approachable Partner you will assist the team in all aspects of Conveyancing, including sales and purchases and secured lending transactions.Ideally you shall have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience and shall be able to manage your own caseload with minimum supervision. You should have experience of new build sales, insolvency sales, high volume residential sales and ideally had exposureof working with corporate clients.You shall also have the opportunity to gain more exposure to commercial property work such as commercial lease management.
