Commercial Litigation PartnerLocation: GlasgowThis is a unique opportunity to join a leading law firm with a genuine immediate Partnership position.This role would suit a commercial litigation solicitor with drive, ambition and self belief. This is an opportunity to shape a department and to grow and lead your own team. There is an amazing existing client base for you work with the other department heads to continue leverage and develop. Naturally any relationships you have would be warmly received but what makes this opportunity unique is that this law firm is not looking for a client following and understands that building a litigation business takes time - you will have all the support youcould need and more.Given the scope of this role, we are looking for a solicitor with at least 7 years experience in commercial litigation, ideally including general contractual disputes, business disputes, property disputes or debt recovery. It would be ideal if the successfulpersons background was working with SMEs and OMBs, as well as Corporates.
