The role - Operations AdministratorLocation - Glasgow (South)Hours - 37.5 hours per week Salary - £23k Our client has a well established and thriving business based in Tradeston area of Glasgow. The business has grown and expanded since its humble beginnings some 35 years ago. Their client base extends throughout the UK and they are acknowledged as a marketleader for the services they provide to the private and public sector.Due to expansion of the consultancy services they now offer, our client urgently requires an experienced Operations Administrator to add to the existing team. Hours of work are 8.30-16.30 and there is on street parking available.The ideal candidate will be available immediately.Key Responsibilities: -· All incoming calls must be answered promptly and routed in a professional manner (can be high volume)· Dealing with incoming e-mails and any mail· Welcoming any clients/visitors to the office· Diary management· Scheduling work for site staff· Upload, monitor and track job files· Liaise with field engineers· Creating an online presence through social media· Obtain accurate client job specifications· Act as link between Clients and Field Engineers/Surveyors· Ensure client deadlines are met· Act as interface between Field based staff, Client and DirectorsSkills:-· Previous experience of working within a similar role· Customer service and call handling· Switchboard management· Proficient in all Microsoft office packages including Excel· Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines· Self-motivated with a positive attitude· Knowledgeable of social media platforms such as Facebook and TwitterYou will be accomplished at handling multiple deadlines, providing business support in a fast-paced environment, and providing excellent customer service.If you are interested in this role and have relevant experience - to be considered, please click apply!Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
