ResponsibilitiesClient Service Delivery SpecialistWe’re hiring!Aon are currently recruiting a Client Service Delivery Specialist to join our team in GlasgowThe Client Service Delivery Specialist will be primarily responsible for managing the workflow and ensuring all other parties have completed their areas of responsibility within the expected timeline. Requiring excellent attention to detail, to ensure evidence of cover and invoices are produced accurately and within the KPI targets set to deliver outset. As a Client Service Delivery Specialist, you will focus on overseeing the technical requirements, and some less complex elements, of the placement process.You will interface extensively with the Aon Network, clients, insurers, brokers, Client Service Delivery Technicians, the Tax Team, Broking Support (both the onshore and offshore) and Xchanging (query resolution).About AonHeadquartered in London, Aon Plc is a leading global professional services firm providing a broad range of risk, retirement and health solutions.   • Work closely with Brokers on large, complex, global insurance contracts, involving multiple insurers and high value insurance placements;
  • Provide SME technical placement advice to the Brokers as required;
  • Manage the technical placement process in support of Brokers;
  • Own the offshore relationship and the development and performance thereof;
  • Act as liaison between Broker and Client Service Delivery Technician and Broking Support teams (arrange invoices / slips, queries etc.)
  • Continue to enhance your specialist knowledge and understanding of your specific sector;
  • Pro-actively manage and prioritise your own workload within a fast paced / dynamic environment, ensuring deadlines are still met;
  • Request processing of risks, and creation of policy documents post bind;
  • Be responsible for document production, such as slips and endorsements for complex opportunities by Client Service Delivery Technician Broking Support;
  • Own and manage the workflow to produce insurance documentation such as, covering letters/ notes, ensuring theyre sent completed and received by the client within the Aon Gold standard timeframe;
  • Maintain a Budget Sheet and Pipeline in an accurate and timely manner;
  • Manage client set up in conjunction with CBST;
  • Manage Brokasure data entry (from submission to invoicing);
  • Use of front-end broking systems as and when required;
  • Responsible for the adoption and development of GBC processes and adherence thereof to deliver high levels of service and care;
  • Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
  • About you Your knowledge and expertise:
  • Relevance experience within the insurance industry preferred;
  • Understanding of insurance risk and actuarial principles;
  • Demonstrated deep technical knowledge within a specific specialty
  • A good understanding of current issues facing the Global Insurance Market and a broad knowledge of key Insurance trends in the Global Insurance Market and your relevant specialty;
  • Outstanding analytical capabilities and attention to detail;
  • Excellent listening, organisation and presentation abilities;
  • An organised, highly personable and approachable individual, who is a skilled communicator.
