Client Relationship Coordinator – Fully RemoteSalary - £40000This is an exciting role working with a company that specialises outsourcing platforms for customer relationship management. They also market database management, payment systems, and product supply systems to commercial customers throughout the United Kingdom.In the role of Client Relationship Coordinator you will manage Key Accounts and ensure the day to day satisfaction of the client.Key Responsibilities include...• Responsible for the relationship with the Clients allocated to you.• Participate in regular Client calls and meetings to ensure service offered is consistently meeting the Clients’ needs and expectations.• Use SAP to produce reports for Clients and Suppliers to enable pricing updates• Carry out data updates for changes in the Client database such as new stores, store switches, new products, etc.• Assist the CSD to develop a business plan for each of your clients.• Utilise business insight and internal data to identify opportunities for business growth.• Actively collaborate with other departments to ensure Clients’ needs are met and KPIs are achieved.If this sounds like an opportunity you would be interested in, please send your CV to
