Cash rich, it has been backed by a numberof specialist VC firms, and has long-term agreements in place with some of the best-known MGA’s on the planet.This is a 100% home-based role, where you will be provided with all the tools needed to make a real success of this role (including a top of the range Apple MacBook with additional screens etc), and benefiting from an extremely friendly and supportive teamenvironment.As Claims Administrator, you will play a key role in the back-office support function, working in close conjunction with Claims Adjusters working on a variety of insurance classes (such as Motor, Property or Liability losses). Utilising state of the arttechnology, you will be guided through a variety of tasks in the most efficient order, including setting up claims files, data entry, financial reconciliation, sending information to various stakeholders and uploading documentation. Needless to say, you mustensure all your tasks are carried out accurately, promptly and in a fashion that complies with FCA regulations.We welcome applications from candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a variety of roles (such as policy admin’, claims administration / support or database management) for brokers, insurers, TPA’s or loss adjusting practices. You musthave excellent communications skills (written and verbal), and be comfortable using a variety of IT packages. As one would expect, you must be well-organised, with excellent task management skills, and you’ll pride yourself on your attention to detail. Youwill be client service-focused, with a can-do attitude, and pride yourself on your problem-solving skills and innovative approach to delivering excellent client outcomes.As this is a fully home-based role, you must be highly motivated and able to work under your own steam, with minimal supervision (but lots of support!)You will receive a generous basic salary, anticipated to be circa £27K, together with a range of company benefits, including support towards professional qualifications.
