A private equity backed professional services business is seeking an experienced CFO who can support organic growth alongside strategic bolt on M&A. A people business with a focus on tech services, EBIDTA currently sits at £5m and they are looking to treblethis in the next 3 years before an exit. They have secured growth equity to support international expansion alongside further investment in the finance, sales and marketing functions - making new hires, investing in systems and online advertising.The incoming CFO will be commercially driven and take responsibility for strategy development and the overall running of the business as a director and senior manager.
