* Chef De Partie, Mon-Fri no evenings or weekends* £24,000* Progression availableJob Role: Chef de PartieLocation: Glasgow CitySector: Contract CateringSalary: £24,000A great opportunity to join a leading Contract Caterer in the heart of Glasgow City, The starting salary is £24,000 for a 40 hour week This is a Monday to Friday role with hours core hours being 7am to 3.30pm with no weekends or evenings.You will work in a kitchen team of 4/5 and report into a Sous Chef and Head Chef. The Chef de Partie will need experience gained in a professional kitchen who is used to working with fresh produce, We cannot consider applications for chefs with experience limitedto microwave / Deep Frying / Reheating for this role. The day to day offer is s staff restaurant with a cooked breakfast every day, 2 hot mains for lunch as well as small amount of grab and go and composite salad options. There is a small amount of hospitality which is sandwich lunches and buffets.There are around 500 on site with Mondays and Fridays being very quite with the main busy days being Tue-Thu.
