Search Accountancy are working with a well established client based in Glasgow city centre who are looking for an experienced Cash Management Administrator on a 6 month temporary basis.Key responsibilities would include;* Monitoring cash balances on client trustee bank accounts within pre-set lower and upper limits * Processing payments to and from client trustee bank accounts in a timely manner* Monitoring receipt of client contributions and reports late payment situations* Updating and reconciling bank account cashbooks on a weekly basis* Assisting with pension scheme audit exercises and provides information for audit reviews in a timely manner* Assisting with the set-up of new client bank accounts* Dealing with third party suppliers, banking contacts and investment managersAbout you;* Relevant professional qualification or equivalent industry experience.* Minimum GCSE / Scottish standard (or equivalent) Maths and English at grade C or above, or relevant experience. * Proven experience of day-to-day cash management, including: working with accounting and internet banking systems corporate bank account reconciliation establishing and implementing new processes and procedures providing exceptional client/customer service monitoring cash balances on client bank accounts and processing payments to and from client accounts* Strong IT and systems skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels with an exceptional attention to detail* Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting demands calmly to meet deadlines* A consultative and partnering working style - both with colleagues and clients/members If you think you have the desired skills for this role please apply orSearch is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
