Up to £50k + bonus + potential for relocation allowanceThis is the opportunity of a life time for an inspirational and motivational, REGISTERED NURSE AND QUALIFIED CARE HOME MANAGER to work for a first-class business within a stunning location on the Isle of Mull.We are looking for an inspirational and NMC registered, or S/NVQ4 qualified care home manager who has led a team and provided strategic home management service.You will have the gravitas to liaise at all levels and with a variety of people and understand the needs and requirements of residents within a care home environment.You will have a leadership background within a regulatory care home environment, with experience of developing quality, working with CQC and supporting residents, carers and other home staff.Due to the nature of the role our client requires someone who is an experienced Registered Nurse with current Pin number on the NMC register. You will have experience within a care home environment as well has having a S/NVQ4 social care qualification.
