Job Description

Power 22 is a rapidly expanding company that has recently acquired a prestigious client focusing on green technology & energy-efficient home improvements to help customers move towards Net Zero targets. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to joinour dynamic team.**The Role:**As a Sales Executive reporting directly to the directors, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads for the business, assess their suitability, and convert them into ready-to-install projects. Supported by a team of subject matter experts, youwill manage all incoming inquiries and take on the crucial role of overseeing the Subject matters expert team, ensuring streamlined processes are in place.**To be successful in this role you must have an in depth understanding of Call Centre operations and previous experience within green technology, such as Solar Panels and Air Source heat pumps and associated energy savings solutions related to home improvementshelping customer to Net Zero target**The successful candidate will:·Demonstrate strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and inspiring a team to excel.:Have an extensive proven background in a call centre energy background·Proven track record in effectively managing sales teams and consistently achieving targets.·Outstanding analytical abilities to discern market trends and capitalise on opportunities.·Proficient in utilising IT and CRM software for effective customer relationship management.·Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building meaningful relationships with clients and customers.·Highly adaptable to industry and business changes, able to navigate evolving landscapes with ease.·Possesses strategic thinking capabilities, with a knack for developing innovative sales and marketing strategies.Your role extends to taking managerial responsibility for the customer journey, from the initial point of contact through compliance checks and survey appointments, up to the installation phase. Collaboration with Install Managers and Compliance Teams ona daily basis will be key to ensuring the smooth progression of work through the process, aligning with current guidelines.Power22 have a great opportunity for an Internal progression structure.
