Job Description

What your day may be like:Managing calls (this is a 100% telephone-based role) you will be establishing our customers needs and affordability by gathering information with them.
  • Negotiating payments and payment plans.
  • Establishing ourcustomers needs and affordability by gathering information.
  • Support and direct our customers to relevant charities/support networks.
  • Update customeraccounts with relevant notes and outcomes.
What we would need from you:
  • Good customer service skills to build up good rapport with your customer.
  • Strong listening, empathy and questioning skills.
  • Confident using computers with the ability to pick up new skills easily.
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of our friendly teams.
  • A genuine drive to deliver excellence and work towards achievable targets.
  • You do not need previous Call Centre or financialservices experience however, you should be a good communicator using both verbal and written skills.
