Business Travel Consultant - Daytime shifts 4 days on 4 days off rota home based Required for this expanding TMC. They are looking to fill 2 positions. The successful candidates must have experience working in Business Travel , ideally Galileotrained but they are willing to cross train. Salary £30k. This role will be working on a rota that covers between 7am-8pm 4 days on 4 days off Business Travel Consultants - homebased duties-Manage a portfolio of existing clients and accounts.-Offer first class customer service at all times.-Provide a variety of quotations to clients without favouring any particular airline/supplier using Galileo-Deal with emergency calls and situations for clients as and when they arise.-Work closely with both Ticketing and Finance to ensure reservations/tickets are issued without any problems.-Meet and exceed personal objectives in line with company KPIs and account SLAs.Business Travel Consultants - homebased skills required-Business Travel experience is essential-Ideally Galileo knowledge but they will cross train-Able to work on a 4 day on 4 days off rota between the shifts times of 7am-7pm, 7.30am-7.30pm,8am-8.30pm If you are interested in the above role please apply online or send your cv toDont keep a good thing to yourselfWe grow our business through referrals, so please dont keep us to yourself.
