Job Description

Why our clientOur client is one of Glasgow and Edinburgh’s top letting agencies and property management companies. They have been in operation for 20 years and are looking for a hardworking apprentice to join their Glasgow Team. The successful candidate will be workingtowards a Business Administration apprenticeship qualification whilst working full time in their role!What’s involved

  • Advertising each property on company website and checking all adverts before they are uploaded
  • Managing tenancy agreements
  • Communicating with landlords and applications to adverts
  • Assisting with the collection of rent for tenants
  • Contacting clients and customers
  • Dealing with any maintenance requests accurately and efficiently
  • Screening applicants and processing suitable applications
Required skills:
  • Customer service
  • Able to work as a team
Salary:£10,160 - £14,606 per annumWorking hours:Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pmBenefits:
  • A full-time role on completion of apprenticeship
