Job Description

One Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Support Administrator to join the existing team at our Glasgow based client, a global market leading facilities management company.You will play a pivotal role within communications where you will generate new stories, data gathering, writing, and publication for key stakeholders across the business.Ideally, we are looking for someone who has experience in web writing, blog content writing, and social media marketing.Key Responsibilities

  • Providing full admin support to the Business Support Manager/Operations Director and the wider business
  • Coordination of articles suitable for internal communication.
  • Ensuring the companys presence online.
  • Management of shared mailbox, picking up and dealing with any queries raised, and seeing through to completion.
  • Analysing and presenting information in various formats, e.g. spreadsheets, charts, presentations, and written reports.
  • Coordination of appropriate projects for the senior leadership team with elements of business development, health and safety visit tracking, and coordination.
  • Attend any required meetings, producing and circulating any actions.
  • Operating systems (COMs & Mercury) for generating POs.
  • Booking Meeting rooms and arranging catering.
Experience/Skills Required
  • Educated to Higher Grade / A-Level standard
  • Relevant experience in web writing, blog content writing, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Confident liaising and communicating at senior level.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Familiarity with assessment and disciplinary procedures preferred.
  • IT literate with advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
