Job Description

Business Operations ManagerRemote£30k14-month contract role Pertemps are delighted to be supporting a well-respected organisation who are looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to join them on a full time, contract basis. This role will be covering Maternity leave and will allow for the successful candidate togain valuable expertise within a management level role.This role will be essential in driving performance and supporting company goals to ensure first class customer experience. Within this position you will collaborate at all levels and work closely with the Commercial Director, IT Director, Chief Operating Officer,Marketing and Customer Experience Director and Training Manager.As the Business Operations Coordinator you will work with various business areas to understand their needs and support and advise with any issues and creating solutions which will allow for increased performance and satisfaction. Ensuring improvement is a keymotivator within this role and ensuring relevant employee training is provided is essential.No two days will be the same and it is crucial that you have experience managing projects, are comfortable with different systems and have dealt with strategy development. By working closely with frontline teams, reviewing customer feedback from market researchand feedback surveys you will provide insights on what customer needs are and how best these customers can be served to ensure loyalty.If you have experience working in a business operations role previously or have dealt with managing customer experience and project management then this is the role for you!Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing actionable insights based on analysis of management information, forming a clear view of how our customers behave through the sales funnel and interact with us at different touchpoints
  • Responsible for reviewing the end-to-end customer journey and collaborating to agree customer experience standards with frontline teams.
  • Responsible for supporting customer journey audits, to ensure best practice and consistency of approach across the Group
  • Collaborate to identify and implement fixes for customer pain points
  • Responsible for identifying areas of optimisation, make recommendations for changes in process across the teams to drive us to be more efficient and effective

Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer focused sales environment
  • Proven ability to analyse data and provide insightful reporting
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Proven ability to train and mentor others in technical skills
  • Proven ability to facilitate change and implement new ways of working
  • Proficient in the use of the MS Office packages
  • Project management experience
