THE ROLE: As Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will enjoy a truly solutions-focussed role with premium quality products and time will be spent working on both newbuild and refurb projects for both NHS and private hospitals.Contact will be with key theatre, C-suite and procurement contacts within hospitals - typically surgeons, anaesthetists and key finance professionals, as well as any relevant contractors or specifiers. Full company and product training will be provided andcareer and earning prospects within the division and company are exciting and realistic.THE COMPANY: A global organisation who continue to succeed across a range of medical capital equipment, consumables, software and service disciplines thanks to a great product pipeline and innovative, quality, cost-effective products. Thisdivision provide a range of operating tables, lights, pendants, modular rooms / walling systems and anaesthetic machines and an exciting opportunity currently exists for a driven, strategic, commercially aware and autonomous medical sales professional to manageand further develop their business within Scotland and the North East (candidate location is preferably Scotland).REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have field-based experience selling into hospitals and strong preference will be given to those with theatre and / or capital equipment / projects with long lead times and high value experience.THE CULTURE: Very much a growth mindset across their business units and a genuine commitment to sustainabilityThe Package for Business Development Manager:
  • Basic: £45,000 to £55,000
  • Commission: £40,000+
  • Car: Fully expensed hybrid Tesla
