Job Description

Are you a Telesales expert looking for that next opportunityAre you looking to join a business that allows you the flexibility to wok fully remotely or on a hybrid basisYou will have a strong sales background and thrive in a fast paced, target driven environment. If you are a confident personwho enjoys a prospecting role then this is perfect for you. You will have fantastic communication skills and have previous experiencewith B2B sales. You will have the ability to identify and target companies and key personnel, as well as the competency to influence prospective customers.Salary: £30,000 basic + commissionCommission: Uncapped, circa £10k. The Commission is paid per appointment sat. Target is a minimum number of c12-15 appointments, paid monthlyLocation: Glasgow, GT5/Hybrid or remotePositions available: 2Benefits: 32 days holiday + pensionHours: 8.45am - 5pm, Monday - Thursday. 8.45am - 4pm on a Friday with an early finish of 1pm if on target!Do you meet the minimum required experience, skills & attributes:

  • 5 years telemarketing experience minimum
  • Outbound B2B telemarketing / telesales / call experience essential
  • Able to work on own initiative / works well as part of a team
  • People person
  • Good communicator
  • Proven track record in a sales environment
  • Good attitude with energy and passion to succeed
  • Someone with a genuine drive and willingness to get results for clients
  • A professional friendly and confident telephone manner

Working with a variety of companies including multinationals, SMEs and start-ups in the UK, Europe, Australia and the USA. Therefore, the work will be exciting and varied. You will juggle multiple campaigns at the same time and there are significantearning and progression opportunities as the business grows.Key responsibilities:
  • Outbound sales calls / telemarketing to other businesses (no consumer calls)
  • Generating leads and appointments
  • Focusing on quality over quantity to maximise overall results
