Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing, multi-award-winning, and dynamic B2B Sales and Marketing Consultancy andwe are now assisting them in their search for an ambitious Business Development Consultant, to join their team based in Glasgowwith the option to work Hybrid. This role is also open to applicants further afield on a remote basis.As a Business Development Consultant, you will have a strong sales background and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.You will have fantastic communication skills and have previous experience within B2B sales, and the abilityto identify and target companies and key personnel, as well as the competency to influence prospective customers.This is a rapidly growing business where you will have a unique opportunity to carve your own position and become an instrumental part of the team.Responsibilities:

  • Outbound sales calls / telemarketing to other businesses (no consumer calls).
  • Generating leads and appointments.
  • Focusing on quality over quantity to maximise overall results.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of telemarketing experience (minimum)
  • Outbound B2B telemarketing/telesales experience is essential.
  • Able to work on own initiative and work well as part of a team.
  • Professional with a proven track record
  • Good communicator, self-motivated.
  • Good attitude with energy and passion to succeed.
  • A genuine drive and willingness to get results for clients.
  • Friendly and confident telephone manner.
