Job Description

Business Change LeadPROSCI - Outside IR35Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Business Change Lead to join their team on a contract basis, initially for 3 months with a view to extend. You will be required on-site in Glasgow for the first 2 weeks with a view to reverting to a hybridworking model.The Business Change Lead will be highly familiar with Change Toolkits, ideally PROSCI / ADKAR however this specific kit is not essential.Please note, the role is OUTSIDE of IR35.Business Change LeadKey Skills:

  • Large Scale/Global Transformation experience
  • Build and present a Business Change Strategy to the board, addressing complex business change challenges on a strategic level
  • Able to formulate a Communication plan
  • Experience with Service Delivery1st-3rd Line Support models
  • Robust and resilient character
  • Target Operating Models
  • Culture Changes
  • PROSCI / ADKAR toolkit
  • Ideally industry experience from Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Shipping, Marine or similar
  • Willingness to undertake International travel as the programme gathers momentum over time
