As a Barclays Business Analyst Op Risk Transformation, you will support the identification of the strategy for the upgrade / replacement of our Operational Risk and Control application and for collating and analysing the business requirements, with engagementacross all Legal Entities, Business Units and Horizontal teams within Operational Risk. What will you be doing Leading a number of workstreams for the purpose of elicitating business requirements for the Operational Risk and Control application Working with our technology partners to identify the appropriate system solution designs Socialising and effectively communicating application solution designs to stakeholders Working with Programme Manager and stakeholders to agree delivery plan Leading the User Acceptance Testing activities for the implementation of the solution Partnering with the Operational Risk Senior Leadership Team to ensure successful delivery What were looking for: Analyst skill set, including experience of requirements gathering & elicitation and functional solution definition Business Analysis experience in large-scale systems implementations projects within the Financial Services industry sector Solid project management skills including ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines Experience of delivering high quality outputs for presentation to senior stakeholders and committees Skills that will help you in the role: Any relevant professional qualifications such as PRINCE 2, Six Sigma, Lean Operational risk experience and knowledge acquired with a leading bank and / or consultancy SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Where will you be workingOur new state-of-the-art Campus, right in the heart of Glasgow is a hub of creative collaboration.
