The project is currently working on several deliverables ranging from vendor re-pricing RFPs, Robotics ProcessAutomation, platform redesign and decommissioning, client KPI reporting enhancements and client service improvements.The business analyst is required to support the project manager to deliver process and technology changes to the business. The primary role will involve analysis, requirements gathering, development of epics and user stories, solution design, functionaltesting, UAT execution and co-ordination, and business readiness including training. The analyst will mobilise cross-functional teams in order to articulate and clearly define the objectives, user stories and the critical success factors of any changes. Basedon this understanding, the business analyst will be responsible for designing and clearly documenting the solution, covering where applicable, any required process changes, application functionality, usability, and logical data structures. The business analystwill need to work closely with in-house and teams across the FS Transformation programme.As a Business Analyst, some of your responsibilities will be to:
