Job Description

Business Analyst Glasgow/HybridInside IR35 Were looking for a Business Analyst to work with us on a project to extend the use of our existing Salesforce system into new areas of the business, specifically our Projects business. As the technology that the project will focus on will be exclusivelySalesforce, we would ideally like someone who has experience of working on Salesforce related projects.

  • Well need a BA who can step into a project that has already been initiated and help see it through the full project lifecycle. This will include working with the project team which will be a mixture of internal and external resource providing development,testing, subject matter expertise and project management. The delivery methodology will most likely be agile and so we will need a candidate who has worked in an agile environment.
  • The main tools that well use to manage and deliver the project will be Azure DevOps, experience with that would be beneficial. Other tools wed expect the candidate to use and have some experience with are standard Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint& Teams) and Visio.
  • An understanding of the need to produce quality project documentation to allow future support of the work post the end of the candidates engagement is important, as is a commitment to producing that documentation.
  • The candidate will be working as part of the Business Analysis team, reporting in to me.
  • Finally - the role will be hybrid working, the candidate will be expected to spend a minimum of two days a week in Glasgow.
