Job Description

Are you ready to lead and shape the future of our brandsAs part of a collaborative team, youll play a pivotal role in devising, implementing, and evaluating marketing activities that maximise market awareness and drive sales inquiries for some of our most essential brands. If youre a passionate and results-drivenmarketing professional with a proven track record, we want you to be a part of our journey!Youll manage a number of our key brands and execute a wide range of tasks to ensure the success of our multi-channel marketing strategy to ensure they deliver strong commercial results. This will include:

  • Crafting and implementing effective communication strategies across various channels.
  • Managing our web presence to provide up-to-date, accurate, and relevant information about our products, services, and support.
  • Overseeing organic and paid search marketing activities for maximum impact.
  • Coordinating the design and production of promotional materials, including web and social media content, email campaigns, product collateral, and direct mail.
  • Planning and executing engaging content, including blog posts, photography, and video content.
  • Leveraging customer and prospect data for effective direct marketing both online and offline.
  • Developing and managing creative messaging and community engagement on social media platforms.
  • Planning and overseeing promotional events, road shows, and exhibitions, from venue selection to logistics and promotional materials.
  • Negotiating and managing external suppliers to ensure the best value and service for the company.
  • Continuously tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting results to senior marketing teams and other stakeholders.
  • Managing and reporting on marketing budgets, spending, and return on investment.
  • Conducting research and analysis on market trends and competitors and proposing appropriate actions.
  • Leading and motivating staff while actively contributing to the departments collective efforts.
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in marketing/brand management and multi-channel marketing, especially a strong digital understanding of both paid and organic search as well as managing analytics and using the results to shape futurecampaigns. You will have strong communication and leadership skills as there will be people management required as part of your role.You will have a creative and strategic mindset with the ability to analyse data and trends and collaborate with the wider marketing team as well as key stakeholders across the business.
