Bids and Proposals CoordinatorGlasgow, London or BucharestPermanentPTW UK is looking for a new Bids and Proposals Coordinator to support our Sales Support team in the UK. The role of Bids and Proposals Coordinator focuses on the creation, development, and maintenance of proposals, quotes, and other commercial documents.The selected candidate will have enthusiasm for creating documents, proofreading, and interacting with different teams from across the entire company. An eye for detail and a passion for both video games and writing are critical to success in the role.The candidate will need to have experience working in a fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders involved. The role would suit an individual who engages thoroughly with the work and understands the need to critically analyse documentation and processes.Previous experience creating commercial content within outsourcing and video games would be beneficial. The role will be largely remote-based, with the option to work in the studio if preferred, once possible.The ideal candidate would have experience from a similar background/role such as a marketing agency, sales teams, content creators (digital), commercial writer, journalist, or blog writer.What you will be doing

• Working within the European and North American sales support team, providing commercial bid support to our sales teams.
• Generating commercial documentation to match scoping documents.
• Proofreading and error-checking documents created by other members of the Support team.
• Providing input on updates, changes, and improvements to internal processes and content creation.
• Providing support at every stage of the commercial process.
• Working to deadlines and engaging dynamically with sales and delivery teams.
• Working with the Support team to ensure content is compliant, consistent, and of the best possible quality.
• Working with Sales and Marketing teams to create lasting partnerships with developers and publishers.
• Professional experience in producing quotes, writing proposals, tenders RFIs, RFPs is advantageous but not essential.
• PowerBI or similar data and insight analysis tools are advantageous but not essential.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant field a plus.
• Experience and understanding of the games industry and outsourcing.
• Skills developed within a commercial and creative content environment such as a creative marketing agency or similar.
• Native-level English writing skills and confidence in writing ability.
• Strong skills with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to break down complex data into clear information.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently if required.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Some flexibility with working hours when necessary.
