We run and maintain the Scottish Governmentssupply chain software service which automates the processing of purchase orders through to the payment of invoices covering £6bn+ per annum of Scottish Government spend. We also provide eProcurement, eInventory, eHealth and eFunding solutions for clients aroundthe world.The Bid Administrator Role:As a Bid Administrator, you will play a coordinating role on bids, including tasks such as researching public sector opportunities, downloading documents, securing signatures, completing forms in accordance with requirements, and communicating with publicsector stakeholders.The successful applicant must be able to organise many time-bound projects and help the team achieve results, including the administration of Loopio and Asana where necessary. They must also be able to communicate well and work effectively with the widerbusiness, key stakeholders, and key SMEs to help secure key bid objectives. In addition, they will be tasked with researching technical source content accurately, including the writing and synthesising of some original content in accordance with guidelinesand expectations.Youll see every bid as an opportunity to establish successful and long-lasting relationships with prospective clients and play a pivotal role in managing the requirements to help deliver these results.About You:You must be highly organised and adept at managing multiple workflows to help achieve project success.You should be excited to take on new projects and carry them through to completion, ensuring that each piece of the project is delivered successfully. Must have strong communication skills, and be capable of engaging with internal and external stakeholdersYoull excel in understanding prospective client requirements and confidently follow the processes that are geared towards adding maximum value to achieve successful results.Your Skills & Experience:+ A minimum of 1 years work experience in administration, bid support/coordination, bid management, within a software development environment.
