Job Description

BI Analyst - Fully RemoteWere seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team, supporting internal and external users data and analytics needs. If youre experienced in BI techniques, particularly in Domo, and thrive in navigating complex analytical challenges,we want you!Key Responsibilities:

  • Use expertise in Domo for data analysis and visualization.
  • Collaborate with internal users, support clients, and assist in onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards.
  • Consolidate and validate datasets, enforcing rules for standardizing and organizing data.
  • Provide high-quality customer care to both internal and external users.
Skills and Experience:
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Domo/BI platforms, SQL, and Excel.
  • Experience with data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively.
Plus:
  • Degree in Computer Science or Statistics.
  • 3-5 years of similar experience.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI, AWS QuickSight, or proficiency in multiple BI tools.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis using Python or R.
  • Understanding of Payroll and/or HR domains.
  • Experience with AWS.
