Job Description

Denholm are delighted to have partnered with a Global Hospitality Technology company in their search for a B2B Growth ManagerOur client who are headquartered in Glasgow were founded in 2006 and now provide their technology and services to over 10,000 restaurants across 60+ countries. Their employee base is spread across the UK, Singapore, New Zealand, and Australia.This is a hugely exciting time to join the company as their global expansion continues and have a tangible impact on their growth and success.Ideally, we are looking for an experienced Senior Growth Marketer who has a background in Software, preferably SaaS, and an interest or experience in the hospitality sector.What your role looks like:

  • Manage B2B growth initiatives and campaigns to generate leads and sign-up new customers in support of the UK Growth strategy
  • Support the Head of Growth with acquisition strategy and quarterly planning
  • Develop, manage and execute multi-channel campaigns and initiatives to build and accelerate MQL pipeline and acquire new customers
  • Work with the Head of Growth (UK & EU) to identify, test and scale new and existing acquisition channels
  • Leverage customer research, data and insights to create and optimise campaigns to attract, acquire and convert leads
  • Build and optimise data-driven email campaigns to engage, nurture and convert leads
  • Manage and oversee customer acquisition campaigns end-to-end, working with the Brand and Comms manager, designers, product managers, freelancers/agencies
  • Develop and execute GTM plans for new product features and integrations to maximise opportunities to attract and acquire new customers
  • Work with content creators to plan, produce and distribute content marketing to attract, engage, acquire and convert leads
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to launch partnerships and execute co-marketing activity
  • Nurture partners and manage ongoing communications
  • Develop, and work with Brand and Comms Manager to implement channel strategies to improve audience engagement and conversion
  • Own channel KPIs and metrics; tracking, measurement, optimisation and reporting
Ideal Experience:
  • 4+ years experience managing and executing B2B growth initiatives and campaigns
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with experience working in a fast-paced B2B SaaS/tech environment
  • Experience in data analytics and insights to identify, test and optimisation growth initiatives and campaigns
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills
  • Hands-on experience in marketing automation, channel and landing page optimisation
  • Experience in managing and nurturing external partners
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, support teams
  • Expert in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement
