Job Description

Azure Architect-Hybrid-London/Glasgow-up to £90,000This client is a global law firm founded in the 1800s based in the heart of London. They cater for a number of clients across the globe with several legal advice across different industries.They are massively growing the IT side of the business as part of their digital transformation with a number of hires across the M365 and Azure sectors. We are currently looking for a Solutions Architect to join their team.The salary for this role is up to £90,000 depending on experience and location. The client also provides bonus schemes and many other on-site benefits such as:

The company has also adopted a hybrid working policy and they would like the ideal candidate to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home although this is negotiable.The role overview:
  • Be part of a team of architects and develop the following areas of the organisation:
  • Technology architectures that enable the application and data architecture
  • Stay on top of new technologies and be part of the investigation/research team when deciding if they are right for the organisation
  • Participate in Data architectures that are placed in accordance with business needs and strategies
  • Participate in the development of architectures that allow the organisation to produce business solutions in the most efficient manner
  • Produce technical solution designs
  • Communicate with the Head of Enterprise directly in regards to any issues
  • Pay close attention to consumer requirements in order to come up with the best solutions.
  • Analyse customer requirements
  • Assess any weaknesses in the current architecture
Key qualifications and skills needed:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience within different environments such as PROD,DEV,TEST.
  • Networking experience
  • Automation
  • Enterprise application architecture
  • Have experience in design and strategy making
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies
  • TOGAF certification
