Lead on the launch of in vitro diagnostic products from the point of view of assay development.Lead, manage and grow the project teamClient DetailsOur client is a small to medium sized Enterprise looking to develop Assays for in-vitro diagnostic product launches.DescriptionThe Assay Development Manager is responsible for delivering diagnostic assays in an effective manner to ensure product launch.You are involved right from concept through to launch leading on project meetings, updating senior stakeholders on project progress, managing suppliers and developing a team of 10 technical staff under your leadership.This is an exciting time to join with huge growth potential.ProfileTo be effective in this position you will need to draw on your extensive experience in project management, team leadership and technical experience gained in delivering assays to meet performance criteria for in-vitro diagnostic products.You will have up to date knowledge of regulations, for example ISO 13485 and be able to demonstrate your deep knowledge, and experience, of Immunoassay delivery.You will need to have the Right To Work in the UK and be able to commute to the site in Scotland.Ideally you will be degree educatedJob OfferOn offer is the opportunity to join a business in rapid growth mode early in their journey with the opportunity to shape future product development.A market leading salary and remuneration package is on offer to the successful candidate.
