Promoting my clients industry leading range of flat roof systems and waterproofing solutions, into an established network of architects, contractors and surveyors.Package: A good basic salary, with an excellent uncapped OTE and one of the best benefits packages in the industryTerritory: Glasgow and the West coast of ScotlandProducts: Flat roof systems, including waterproofing, insulation, solar and green roof solutions Customers: Architects, main contractors, roofing contractors, local authorities and roofing surveyorsTHE ROLE - Area Sales Manager:

  • A technical territory sales role inheriting an established and well performing area to manage and develop.
  • Promoting an industry leading range of flat roof systems and roof waterproofing solutions.
  • Tracking commercial new-build and refurbishment projects across the public and private sector.
  • Working with an established network of architects, main contractors, roofing contractors, surveyors and local authorities.

  • A high-level sales professional with a proven track record of field sales within the construction industry.
  • First class presentation and communication skills, and consultative and structured in your approach.
  • My client will happily recruit from within the roofing, waterproofing and building envelop sector.
  • Although this is not essential and my client will happily recruit from other specification / technical construction backgrounds.
