Job Description

Recruit Mint has exclusively partnered with a quality European manufacturer of bathroom products looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager who will be tasked with managing a number key accounts and developing business across Scotland with plumbing merchantsand bathroom retail showrooms with a secondary focus on specifications where possible and are offering an OTE up to £52,500.Package

  • £40,000 -£48,000 Basic Salary depending on experience
  • 10% Bonus
  • 25 Days Holiday plus bank holidays
  • Hybrid, Company Car , Phone and Laptop

Location: This role is covering Scotland with candidates ideally based close to Glasgow or Edinburgh.Job Role
  • Promote our clients range of quality bathroom products
  • Developing new business with retail showrooms and merchants
  • Account management of key retail and merchant clients including City Plumbing, Wolseley and UKPS
  • Secondary focus on winning specifications with contractors and house builders where possible
  • Mange weekly and monthly diary to create best visibility of our clients brand across the region
  • Keep our clients CRM system fully up to date
Experiencerequired:
  • Experience in a similar role targeting retailers and merchants across Scotland
  • At least three years spent selling bathroom or very closely related products in a field sales role
  • Ability to manage own client bases and target new business as well as managing existing accounts
  • Must be customer orientated and able to communicate at all levels
