Job Description

I am recruiting for an Area Sales Manager who will manage channel partners and reseller accounts across Scotland.The company have been manufacturing various types of appliances for over 80 years and have gone from strength to strength in recent years.The Area Sales Manager will receive the following extremely competitive package:

  • Salary of £42,000 per annum

DUTIES:The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for:
  • Driving growth with existing reseller and distributor network
  • Signing up new trade customers (housebuilders, social housing, distibutors etc)
  • Planning own diary and arranging own meetings
  • Maintaining the CRM system
  • Meeting and exceeding objectives
REQUIREMENTS:Area Sales Manager candidates will have some or all of the following experience:
  • 5+ years sales experience (within the kitchen appliance industry is useful though not necessary)
  • Experience of working with distributors and resellers
  • Commercial acumen
  • Self-motivated and self-starter
  • Team player
The Area Sales Manager position is a home office/field based role covering the whole of Scotland.
