Job Description

Area Sales Manager sought by the building services division of an international manufacturer. This global company has 170 locations worldwide and supplies to a range of industries including construction, industrial and automotive industries.The Role:As Area Sales Manager you will use your knowledge of underfloor heating and heating & plumbing systems to generate new business in Scotland.

  • Generating new business for the Company’s underfloor heating and heating & plumbing systems
  • Targeting key decision makers within Specifiers, Mechanical Contractors and Wholesalers
  • Responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets
  • Ensuring regular planning and reporting is provided on all projects through the company CRM system
The successful Area Sales Manager will demonstrate:
  • Experience of selling underfloor heating products and heating & plumbing systems
  • Strong market knowledge of the heating and plumbing market
  • Experience of selling to Contractors and Specifiers within the industry
  • A strong track record in developing relationships with Contractors and supplying via Wholesalers
  • Technical sales experience
  • Experienced in carrying out technical presentations
  • A structured approach, well-organised and excellent communication skills
