If successful you will also initially be working remotely in line with guidance from Scottish Government*** Salary: Band 4; £22,700 to £24,973 per annumFull Time: 37.5 hours per weekContract: Permanent Who We Are NHS Education for Scotland (NES) is an education and training body and a special health board within NHS Scotland, with responsibility of developing and delivering education and training for the healthcare workforce in Scotland.NHS Education for Scotland (NES) is seeking a junior developer (Analyst Technician) to join their User Experience (UX) team within the Digital Directorate. The User Experience (UX) team is responsible for ensuring high levels of accessibility, usability and intuitive design across NES digital products.What youll doKey tasks will include but are not restricted to• Basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript• Assisting Experience team members as required• Website content updates• Report creation of analytics of user behaviour• Basic graphics editing and designWhat youll bringThese will include but are not restricted to• Educated to NVQ/SVQ Level 3/HNC level in a related subject area or equivalent experience • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS• An appetite for learning about all areas of user experience(UX) including user research, user testing and accessibility.• High level of customer service skills• Excellent written and communication skillsIf you are interested in this vacancy and would like further information, please refer to the Job Information Pack which includes a copy of the Job Summary, Person Specification and Conditions of Service.
