Job Description

KPMG Managed Services provide an innovative and cost-effective solution to the delivery of large scale review and/or processing activity across multiple industries, geographies and processes.We are currently recruiting Analyst Support teams for our project based in Glasgow, start date is February 21st.There responsibilities include the monitoring and tracking Anti Money Laundering (AML) data issued from and received into the project team to support case review activity. They review and classify customer documentation in line with the set procedures. Liaisewith clients and colleagues, the role will gather and process necessary information in order for cases to be completed in a timely manner to expected business timeframes.Day to day duties include:

  • Co-ordinate activities and provide timely updates to ensure internal SLAs are met
  • Ability to manage own case load by meeting daily productivity targets
  • Log and track all tasks and take responsibility for personal workload and for that of the team to ensure effective management of outstanding activities
  • Proactively review and follow-up on referrals and queries
  • Ensure Information Security risks are effectively managed in line with client expectations and work extensively with KPMG internal information risk and ITS teams to apply appropriate standards.
  • Ensure proper validation of records and monitoring of customer queue
  • Some of this activity may involve speaking directly to clients.
Essential Experience
  • Excellent customer service with a basic working knowledge of AML, KYC or CDD
  • Articulate in both written and verbal communication
  • IT literate, proven experience of working with multiple systems including Excel, Word and Outlook
